Job Family Descriptor Broad outline of the Role Self-driven Leadership role with the Objective of Managing Quality of Global IP Network Operations which supports Enterprise, Carriers/ISP, Data and Managed services within Tata Communications.This role has an operational level of engagement in handling the growth services. Scaling of IP Network : Tata Communications IP Network is India-s largest and world-s 5th largest ISP network that carries 25% of world internet traffic, where in this role contributes in maintaining and enhancing the existing design and augmenting the capacity of the Global IP network. The role ensures the identification of repeat failures, enhancement of network performance, availability for IP transit services, IZO and SDWAN infrastructure across technologies, defining network health and adhere to best practices across Service Assurance Lifecycle. This involves working with internal stakeholders like engineering, product (Transmission & IP), service operations to maintain and deliver uninterrupted services for the customers. Growth Services : IZO & SDWAN services is integral part of growth services and it-s quality is supported through IP SQM. These services are projected to grow with underlying network and new capabilities to be build for supporting large customer deals.
