Deputy General Manager will be primarily responsible for : Revenue Generation Network expansion at Pan India Team Building and Team Management at Pan India Market Intelligence and Strategy Building Inventory Planning.

Job type: Full Time Reporting to :Director Head Quarter: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Total vacancies: 1 Designation: Deputy General Manager - Sales (3 H Division) Area of Operations: Pan India Level for below vertical: - Human Health and Hygiene Number of direct reporter: 2022 -23 : 3, 2023-24 : 6, 2024 -25 : 8 Objective of the recruitment : Deputy General Manager will be primarily responsible for : Revenue Generation and overall profitability of the business vertical. Network expansion at Pan India Team Building and Team Management at Pan India Market Intelligence and Strategy Building Inventory Planning. Key Responsibility: Strategic Planning Formulating and implementing various Strategies and planning accordingly to develop different markets for different products based on market research and intelligence. Sales Forecasting and stock forecasting Revenue Generation Generating revenue from channel sales, institutional sales and from Tender business Causing achievement of sales target from the sales team. Establishing strong customer base in government sector and in private sector for Human Health and Human Hygiene division. Generating revenue from Channel Sales/ Dealers and Distributors, through institutional sales, Direct sales and Tendering. Generating sales from dealers and retailers for Fogging machines, Agricultural sprayers & equipments Team Building and Team Management: Successfully established a team of sales force across all levels and pan India level. Train & develop Sales Staff, Distributors/Dealers and Field Staff deputed in the field. Organizing, leading and motivating Regional Teams to achieve target. Manage the overall operation of a subordinate team for improving their selling skill and high collective and individual performance. Channel Sales, Network Expansion Appointment of dealers and distributors Re-activation of non - active dealers. Dealer serving Business Development and Institutional Sales: Market Research & Analysis: New Areas to Target Product Launches & Promotions Planning and implementation of promotional and commercial strategies Generating business from Tendering, Institutional Sales. Liasoning with Government Officials. Business development from Annual Maintenance Contract and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts Budgeting and Cost Control: Budgeting the cost and forecasting the revenue Achieving forecasted revenue within the pre-budgeted cost. Trade Network Management: Negotiate with people at different levels including farmers, dealers, distributors, government officials, institutions and the trade partners. Working and coordinating with dealers and business partners to develop market for different products. Target Industry: Public Health, Clean and Hygiene, Non - crop Application, Vector Control. Pest Control, Infection Management, Store grain and Seed Segment. Total experience: 10-15 years of work experience in Sales department. Work Experience: Should have minimum 3 years working experience in Public health, Tender, Government Sales and Network expansion business. Should have working experience and network in minimum two zones of India . Should have Pest control background. Qualification: Bachelor in Agriculture or Master in Agriculture Specialization in Entomology Public Health Degree Master's in Business Administration - Marketing. With first class grades. Competencies: Technical and Strategic: Should have knowledge of Pest, Vector and Rodents Public Health and Hygiene Behavioral Competencies: Team Management Skills High Networking Skills Go-getter High moral values. Ready for extensive travel. Fearless and strong in reporting. Computer Literacy: Must be tech- savvy Well versed with advanced excel and MIS reporting Knowledge of data evaluation Age: Above 40 Years and less than 50 years. Languages English Hindi and Marathi - should be able to speak and understand. Vehicle: Must have 4 wheeler Should know driving a 4 wheeler and Must have permanent driving license.
