We have opportunity for Network Engineering Manager.
Mandatory Skill - 5yrs in N/W operation


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Supervises a group of Network Control Technicians to ensure optimal network performance. May also act as senior-level Network Control Technician testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyzing network facilities. Keeps management informed of schedules, priorities, and problems. Does not typically have management responsibilities such as, firing, performance reviews, and pay reviews; however, may assist with such decisions and activities.
Level III: Network Operations Manager

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: High level of knowledge of company\xe2\x80\x99s products and network infrastructure and environments. Excellent organization and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PCs and related telecommunication equipment and systems. Various diagnostic tools and equipment.
JOB COMPLEXITY: 40% Supervises a group of Network Control Technicians to ensure optimal network performance. Oversees technicians performing network testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network facilities. Oversees proactive network status checks as part of normal surveillance activities, ensuring optimum performance. Assists in current systems updates as well as implementation of new systems. 20% Acts as a liaison between management and technicians for key or urgent issues. Keeps managers informed of schedules, priorities, and problems. 20% Supervises activities of staff (i.e. trains, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary). 10% May also act as senior-level network control technician on difficult projects. 10% Ensures proper documentation of all systems processes and procedures, including daily logs.
SUPERVISION: Typically reports to a Network Control Manager or to the Director of Network Control.
EXPERIENCE: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or relevant technical certifications. Typically requires a minimum of six years of experience in a network operations center.
