The role will be responsible for insights generation through reports and analytics tools and create HR reports and dashboards using Data Visualization tools; supporting HR strategic objective to become a center of expertise (CoE). Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Creation of HR Reports & Dashboards as per agreed Service levels and quality assurance across 20+ markets, meeting KPIs and Targets, using Qlik Sense Dashboards, Power BI, Power Query, GCP Data lake, SQL, Python
Understanding of HR (people analytics), insights generation from HR Data using Excel, Machine learning using GCP on HR Data
Requirement Gathering from stakeholders, understand HR data from multiple transactions and HR reporting solutions to provide data insights to HR market leads Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Excellent Written & Verbal communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
Key performance indicators:
Strong skills in people analytics and HR data reporting and dashboarding tools \xe2\x80\x93 Qlik Sense Dashboards, Power BI, Power Query, GCP Datalake, SQL, Python
Understanding of HR Data and insights generation from Excel, Machine learning using GCP
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR Reporting and Analytics.
Advanced Excel Experience required
Expert in demonstrating HR data on Visualisation tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, GCP etc.
Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
Understanding of the HR function end to end right from candidate sourcing to attrition with domain knowledge of Process and data
