We invite you to bring your expertise into play as you assist global mobility team with end-to-end process of expatriation, repatriation & Outbound short- & long-term assignment. This includes their visa formalities, FRRO registration, Tax, remittances, etc. To succeed in this role you must have 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of Global Mobility Operations. You will be responsible for tasks related to Global Mobility processes and ensure Ramboll and its global workforce is compliant with tax, social security, immigration and labour law. You will join Global Mobility

As our new Global HR Mobility Coordinator, you will closely work together with the Global Mobility Team in India; and be part of mobility operations in coordination with Global Mobility headquarters in Denmark. Applicant must have experienced knowledge of Global Mobility and International Assignment policies and processes, immigration, and destination services.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Shadow payroll reporting :

You will be the internal expert on shadow payroll and your tasks will include:

  • Monthly calculation of input to shadow payroll reporting globally.
  • Coordination with employees and the local payroll teams with the monthly shadow payroll reporting.
  • Guiding the local payroll teams on shadow payroll and how to report locally in each country.
Payroll reconciliation for ex-pats:
  • Monthly reconciliation of calculations for ex-pats on net salary approaches towards actual pay slips
  • Coordination with finance on accruals of foreign tax payments
  • Yearend/assignment-end calculations
Payroll coordination :
  • Calculation and preparation of input to local payroll for ex-pats on net salary approaches
  • Executive payroll input and year-end calculations and coordination with vendor and finance
Business travelers India
  • Preparation of contract and letters
  • Initiation and coordination with external vendors with aboutand immigration support
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders
Other tasks and responsibilities include: * Global Tax Return Management process - assisting support to Global Mobility Compliance Advisor.
  • Preparing reports and related analysis of data.
  • Maintenance of Global Mobility tools
  • Query management on domestic immigration support, taxation etc. Preparing Invitation letters/ Employment contract/ Tax computation sheets. Completion of Entry Formalities - FRRO Registration of Expat and accompanying family members.
  • Manage and update the Global Mobility Intranet page and Mobility Procedure Guide.
  • GDPR data maintenance

  • Experienced user of MS Excel

  • Should be self-confident and ability to work independently under leadership (line manager will be in HQ in Denmark)
  • Service mentality and excellent customer orientation skills
