What you will be doing?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compliance and Audit Manager to join our People team. As a Global Compliance and Audit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global regulations, internal policies, and best practices. You will oversee the audit processes across various HR functions to identify risks, implement controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global compliance strategies and programs for the HR department to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Partner with the internal audits and risk team to run assessments and identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to address legal and ethical requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams worldwide to establish standardized processes and controls to mitigate risks and maintain compliance across different regions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in global regulations and industry best practices, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams on compliance matters, including data protection, anti-discrimination, and diversity initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and inspections, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and potential compliance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of internal and external stakeholders to exchange knowledge, benchmark best practices, and ensure compliance excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process enhancements and automation tools to streamline compliance and audit procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Compliance Manager, Internal Auditor, or similar role, preferably in a global organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR regulations, including labor laws, data protection, and equal employment opportunity.
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are a plus.
