Compliance Global Metrics and Reporting (M&R) Team - Analyst

Compliance currently has an opportunity available for a Compliance Metrics and Reporting (M&R) Analyst reporting into the Global Compliance M&R Manager. Primary job responsibilities are assisting with the overall execution, sustainability, and continuous enhancement of Compliance M&R for the global Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). In particular, this role will help drive the development and implementation of a consistent M&R framework and support analysis of Compliance metrics results. Further, this role will help drive data-focused initiatives that identify and mitigate conduct risk across CIB, from analyzing metrics to assess potential conduct trends and themes to identifying emerging risks based on data and patterns. This role will work in close coordination with regional Compliance teams and be based in India. M inimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Participate in Firmwide initiatives to help maintain and continue enhancing Compliance programs, which require ongoing collaboration with multiple LOBs, Compliance teams, and control functions
• Aggregate data across lines of business/regions/asset classes for multiple reporting dimensions
• Responsible for assisting with data-driven requests related to conduct focused exams, internal audit requests, legal and regulatory inquiries, in addition to complying with any related reporting obligations
• Collaborate with senior Markets Compliance leads to identify and provide relevant metrics within various forums while driving consistency in reporting
• Participate in Firmwide initiatives to help maintain and continue enhancing the sustainability of the Market Conduct program, which requires ongoing collaboration with multiple LOBs, Compliance teams, and control functions
• Identify key trends, issues and watch items in Compliance results
• Support the governance of the control framework for Compliance M&R

Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 3-5 years of Compliance experience
• Possess strong data analytical skills
• Detail-oriented; possess a high-level of attention to detail and quality for their work product
• Ability to work both independently and as a core team member in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive with the proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Candidate must have strong written/verbal communication, leadership, solid high-volume processing and analytical skills with the ability to work independently on multiple assignments in a deadline driven, regulatory environment
• Possess strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Bachelor\'s degree required
