:Our exciting opportunity!We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting the company\'s positions on network regulations, spectrum and market-access issues. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will work collaboratively with various departments within the organization, including legal, communications, technical, marketing, strategy, and sourcing.Responsibilities:Regulatory Monitoring and Compliance:

• Monitoring and interpreting government regulations, ensuring organizational compliance, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory issues within each policy area to ensure timely awareness and understanding of their implications.
• Provide information on regulatory developments and their potential impact on the business.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare various reports summarizing key regulatory issues on an ad-hoc basis.
• Draft regulatory responses and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to develop and support regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with legal, communications, technical, marketing, strategy, and sourcing departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to regulatory compliance.

Advocacy for Ericsson\xe2\x80\x99s GIR Positions:

• Promote the company\'s positions on network regulations and prepare response for GIR customers (DoT, TRAI and Associations).
• Advocate Ericsson\'s GIR positions on market-access issues, Spectrum, including trade policy, regulation, and legislation.
