Description: eRecon and InterCompany are cloud based Substantiation and Matching engines that provide the Balance Sheet Governance teams with Attestation, Exception management and many additional capabilities to support the GPO in maintaining Citi\xe2\x80\x99s Balance Sheet integrity. The platform is used globally within Citi spanning across all sectors to support medium to critical business needs. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in the Finance transformation Initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas,
• Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement
• Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems

• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must have 7+ years of experience in areas such as web development, React / CSS / HTML/JavaScript/Typescript. Java and spring will be a big plus. They are not mandatory, but at least be able to read code.
• Extensive expertise in Angular framework with a deep understanding of its core concepts and advanced features.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript with a focus on clean, maintainable and optimized code.
• Experience with frontend build tools, package managers and pre-processors (webpack, npm, Sass/Less).
• Understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Asynchronous request handling and Data integration.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as GIT.
• Experience with other frontend technologies like React Js, Vue Js.
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node Js, Python, Java.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and ability to provide valuable insights.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other iterative development methodologies.
• Should know how to use third party libraries (prime Ng, Highcharts, Material UI, d3js, Bootstrap etc.)
• Should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with development of reusable components.
• Very Strong in RDBMS databases, Especially Oracle, and should be able to write complex SQL queries and PL SQL.
• Should have good knowledge on Shell scripting
• Should have worked on job scheduler like Autosys.
• Experience of working in diverse and inclusive environment.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in

expectations or requirements. Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
