General Manager for Greenfield Contracts
1. Monitoring of all the projects from time & cost perspective.
2. Flagging of critical paths for all projects.
3. Internal external coordination / follow up to ensure the project time lines & budgeted costs.
- Sound Technical knowledge of Project management execution, Procurement & Design that will include HVAC system, water system, Utilities like Chillers, Compressors, Boilers, cooling tower & ETP, Civil Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation
- International project execution exposure is preferred
- Internal &; External co-ordination
Targeted Organizations: Engineering Design & PMC Companies, Pharmaceutical companies
