Job Description
- Monthly Finalization of Books of Accounts & Review of GL Accounts as per IFRS
- Product/Model Wise Gross Margin Analysis
- Review of Monthly MIS Reports, Various KPI\'s & Notes to Financial Statements
- Monthly Profitability Analysis - Location wise/Segment wise/Division wise (Units/Parts/Svc/Leasing)
- Continuous Opex Review and Variance Analysis.
- Preparation and Review of Project Feasibility (IRR, NPV, PB etc..) for new Capex, Business Plans
- Financial Planning & Analysis - Review of financials, Designing Templates, Enhance Decision Support
- Design, Review and Implementation of Policies and Procedures (SOP\'s)
- Tracking key KPI\'s and highlighting issues and areas of concerns and initiating corrective actions
- Consolidation (Management & Legal) of entities, Generating the consolidated Financials and reports
- Weekly Cash Flow Statements and full year cash flow and funding projections
- Preparation of Annual Budget, Monthly and Quarterly forecasts
- VAT/Tax Compliance - Review of Workings, Disclosures and Fillings
- Ensuring IFRS compliance and Implementation
- Audit (External & Internal) Assignments
- Review of Customs, Principal Vendor Reconciliation & Intercompany Accounts reconciliation
