Well versed with Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning , Vision, Promoting Process Improvement ,Forecasting, Corporate Finance , Developing Budgets, Financial skills , Dealing with Complexity and Responsible for Overseeing and directing the Organizations financial goals, objectives and budgets.

GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE (GMF ) JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for an experienced General Manager Finance to join our team! As our GMF, you will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk Management operations of our company.

In addition, you will also contribute to the development of our financial operational strategy, KPLs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage the company's financial planning, Accounts, MIS and Taxation

- Determine finance KPIs

- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable

- Well versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad

investment and banking operations

- Supervise finance and accounting personnel

- Knowledge and management of FOREX ,EXPORT and IMPORT

- Manage and Retain Relationships with various vendors including banks

- Prepare/Manage current financial reports like Balance Sheet/P&L/Stock statement etc.

- Prepare /Manage and present forecasting reports like budgets

- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs

- Adhere to the law and company s policies

- Plan and perform risk management duties including managing the organizations liabilities and

investments

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION :

- Previous working experience as GMF or any senior financial managerial position for 10 years

- CA/CMA/MBA Finance or similar relevant field

- Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law

- Hands-on experience with financial management software and proficient in use of MS Office

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Problem solver and critical thinker mindset

- An analytical mind comfortable with numbers

The goal is to protect the company s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth

Preferably the candidate should be from Chennai and he/she should know Tamil (to speak minimum)
