Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure:
- On-time and complete shipment
- Optimum factory efficiency to be maintained.
- Rejection level are maintained at minimum
- All non-conformances raised by managers are met on-time
- All reports are reviewed on time
- Root cause to be identified and preventive actions to be taken in 3 days and Corrective actions are taken within 30 min.
- Conduct PP Meeting on 7 days before with FM & QA.
- Daily Plan Vs Actual & Supervisor opening meeting on daily basis.
- Ensure Order Accountability.
- Monitoring Breaktime in the sewing lines & take corrective actions immediately.
- Must close Order Completion Report once order complete within a day.
- Personal and environmental safety measures.
- Factory discipline
Coordinate :
- QA for AQL audits and final inspection
- Top Management for all non- conformances not falling under his scope.
- Line Setting Team IE, Mechanic for Style Changeover
Monitor :
- HR on man power requirement, absenteeism, labour turnover and grievances
- FM for T&A, weekly production plan and order completion reports
- Quality Control for ensuring standard quality
- IE for Line efficiency and workers training, Style Changeover
- Quality audit for 100% AQL Pass
- All departments for Performance review meetings
- Stores on WIP and return of excess materials
- Maintenance on Non Productivity Time % and on-time availability of machineries
- Admin on on-time wage / salary administration and buyer audits
KPIs - Key Performance Indicator:
Factory Efficiency - 65%

On-time shipment - 100%
