Job Profile:

- As part of Leadership Team, the Head of Finance is responsible for the financial management of the organization. Head of Finance performs a wide range of responsibilities.

- These may include but are not limited to: You will be involved in making strategic financial decisions for the business expansion, while the organization grows leaps and bounds across major cities across the country.

- Apart from this, you will also be pushing the core DNA of the organization, thereby improving efficiency, growth across business teams. You will drive forecasting, planning initiatives, running with them to improve our business.

Key Profile:

- FP&A, General Accounting, Business Finance, and Commercial.

- To support the Organization in developing finance organization strategy around corporate finance, finance operations and risk management.

- To ensure timely finalization, consolidation and closing of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Yearly accounts as per the accounting / statutory requirements.

- In this role you will also mentor and develop team members, helping create a world-class team that goes deeper than just about anyone else in order to drive big results.

- Business partnering - work closely with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision-making.

- P&L planning - you will be primary point of contact for all things finance for the region cities (including forecasting, goal setting, modelling support).

- Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the region's mission and help execute growth plans.

- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including profit and loss reports, and monitoring of regional and cash flow budgets.

- Evaluating, comparing cost with the existing norms and approving against budget. Aid in development of new sources/product through costing and financial evaluation.
