The candidate will head the newly dedicated data team at Colliers and will build real estate data team in each market. Successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of data repository across office, residential, retail, industrial sectors, and any other asset class that the Business would require from time to time and arrive at valid conclusions.

• Taking ownership of the data, by building a data team of surveyors and analysts, starting with the top 3 cities (NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru) initially
• Enabling market data collection by interacting with developers, by visiting sites, and from internal teams
• Working on a dashboard to ensure that data is regularly updated
• Identify trends, patterns emerging from data
• Setting up a team of Surveyors, Analyst across different cities
• Managing the team on day-to-day basis
• Create internal process for accuracy in data collection, and data entry
• Conduct Audit process for fixing any error
• Coordinate with Research and CIVAS to create the data bucket on specific needs
• Arriving at regular forecasts via discussions with Research and other internal teams
• Regular interactions with senior management across teams

Qualifications

MBA/ M-Plan/ M-tech or post-graduation in any real-estate associated sector

Additional Information

• Knowledge of the real estate sector across segments with experience of 8-10 years
• Any previous work experience with any IPC or Research organization
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills to leads
• Sophisticated Skills in Excel and other relevant MS tools
• Knowledge of any data base software/ Data science/ Cloud will be an added advantage
