Role: Project Manager >> Key Responsibilities 1 Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with the overall smart city vision 2 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure buy-in and support from all stakeholders 3 Facilitate effective communication channels and conduct regular meetings to provide project updates and gather feedback 4 Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, task delegation, and timeline management 5 Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success 6 Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables within budget and quality standards 7 Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budget allocation, and expenditure tracking 8 Identify resource requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure effective utilization of available resources 9 Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures to ensure adherence to the approved budget 10 Regularly monitor project performance against established KPIs and provide timely reports to stakeholders and senior management 11 Identify areas for improvement, lessons learned, and best practices to enhance future project planning and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

1 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 2 Overall experience of 8 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years with proven experience (typically 3+ years) in project management, preferably in the field of smart cities, urban development, or technology implementation. 3 Should have managed at least 2 end-to-end IT implementations projects 4 Strong understanding of smart city concepts, technologies, and trends 5 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail 6 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build consensus 7 Proficiency in project management tools, software, and methodologies
