JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Project Manager, Level: AM \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / certification in relevant technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Should understand various implementation methodologies, specifically Agile / SCRUM \xe2\x80\xa2 Atleast 4+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering team and application project implementations \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of coding languages, various OLTP, OLAP and NO-SQL databases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficient communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and leadership skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management experience with PM certificate, PMP/Prince2 is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading the atleast 1 technology implementation / development / Support project as a PM \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in implementation of atleast 1 technology implementation project with state/centre government \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in managing / consulting projects in ULB / municipal corporation / health domain will be preferred
