Job Description
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, software deliveries and team management
- Bachelor\'s/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Diploma / certification in relevant technologies
- Should understand various implementation methodologies, specifically Agile / SCRUM
- Atleast 4+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering team and application project implementations
- Understanding of coding languages, various OLTP, OLAP and NO-SQL databases.
- Efficient communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong project management experience with PM certificate, PMP/Prince2 is preferred
- Experience in leading the atleast 2 technology implementation / development projects
- Experience in implementation of atleast 1 technology implementation project with state/centre government
