JOB DESCRIPTION

\xe2\x80\xa2 Should have experience and knowledge of sales and business development, government sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have independently generated IT consulting and implementation business in government departments (State or Centre)] \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be well versed with government bid / tender process and life-cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have hands-on experience in creating technical proposals for large government bids, both technology implementation and consulting \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have good connects with government departments at State and Centre level \xe2\x80\xa2 Should understand the basic contours of technology well to present the solutions and also to create the solution offerings, as part of proposal \xe2\x80\xa2 Should understand the SDLC well and should have experience and exposure to each stage \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have flair for maintaining relationships with all level of customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be able to carry numbers and deliver as per target
QUALIFICATIONS

\xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA from reputed institute (Tier 1, Tier 2) \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficient communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and leadership skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong sales and presales experience with Govt. sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in implementation of atleast 1 technology implementation project with State/Centre government \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written language and documentation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have worked in consulting / implementation engagements, preferably, Big 4
