Backend Java Developer: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems. This included making the written code workable and implementing security measures such as encryption, rate limiting, authentication, and authorization to protect sensitive data. Responsibilities included connecting spring boot project to elasticsearch database to increase search speed, poc on kibana. Apart from development role includes engaging with security audit team, clients for discussions and information gathering.
