As part of an IT Squad ERP Supply, a Functional Engineer in the ERP Sales & Supply Chain Domain will implement global Logistics solutions in SAP and will support changes to the current ERP templates. The ERP Supply Squad prime focus is Order 2 Cash Commercial Supply Chain flows to our customers. The Supply Chain domain is highly integrated with other modules like Sales, Finance, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, knowledge in these areas is a preference.
IT ERP Supply supports various SAP systems and other applications supporting the Signify Supply Chains. Next to the implementation of changes, projects are executed delivering the needed innovation for our Signify Business. The ERP Supply Squad also support Day to Day Operations across the Globe solving incidents in our Operational Systems.
As enabling function IT supports with process and system improvements to make IT more cost effective.
Together we can…

• Contribute functional Technical knowledge and skills to the squad allowing the squad to turn user stories into working software to optimize business experience.
• As member of the squad, be responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance, security of the Products in scope of the Squad.
• Translate business requirements, in form of user stories, into IT solutions to optimize business experience.
• Analyse problems and makes sure that the problems are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.
• Proactively share knowledge and experiences in Guilds, with colleagues from own and other squad with a similar technical and / or functional focus.
• Collaborate with Product Oner and other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints.
• Live the Lean, Scrum and Signify values.
• Be the trusted advisor for Product Owner and other business stakeholders for the Product area
• Develop and provide required user training for the implemented application
• Daily collaborate/align at functional level with involved suppliers in his/her domain.
• Lives the Signify LEAN methodology
• Participate in the LEAN Program

You are/have…

• Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:
• Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Logistics, Business Economics, Mathematics
• With at least 5 plus years of experience in the SAP ERP MM, SCM, Sales IT applications skills
• Business Process Expertise in the Supply Chain Domain
• Technical/Functional Competencies:
• Certification in SAP modules
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
• IT savvy, adept at designing and implementing
• Fluent written and verbal English skills
• Good at communication and presentation skills.
• Open for project related travel
• A team player

• You will be a member of the O2C Commercial/NVI – ERP Supply Squad

Key Challenges & Complexity…

• Although your location is Signify Mexico this is a global role. Your need to interact with IT and business stakeholders globally
• Signify has a different Market Groups and Divisions and Operates with different business models. You need to deal with a multitude of variants and complexities in our integrated manufacturing systems
• You need to interact with Business Process Owner, Business Process Experts, Product Owners, Key Users and Business management on your projects and changes
