IT PLM, EHS and QM Functional Engineer



Key Accountabilities:

  • Functional leader of medium to large projects for PLM and QM business capability. Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.
  • Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.
  • Map the Customer Journey and partner with the business in the co-creation of solutions that add value to K-C.
  • Drives the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed in the change program.
  • Influences policy formation; contributes to User Groups; significant contribution to strategic direction.
  • Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org; full awareness of industry and technology trends that can bring K-C a competitive advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:

Education required:
  • Bachelor\'s degree
Experience:
  • 8+ years of professional experience with minimum 5+ years of solid, proven and continuous experience in SAP PLM and QM as Senior Functional Consultant with S4 Hana
  • Experience in SAP Enginerring Record, Recipe Development, Specification management, SAP Material Master, SAP Quality Management required
  • Experience in Enginerring Records Workflows with BRF+, Idocs, APIs and knowledge in SAP PI required
  • Experience in Dangerous Goods management and Substance Volume Tracking required
  • Experience in SAP Fiori, WWI (Windows Wordprocessor Integration), SAP S/4 HANA preferred
  • Experience in SAP EHS, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) preferred
  • Knowledge of Digital Technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, etc) preferred
Skills/Competencies:
  • Has a leader mindset, which can enable an optimal TCO for solutions delivered by Engineering & Applications.
  • Experience with deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, and related visual management.
  • Experience working with blended teams consisting of employees, vendors, and consultants with both onshore and offshore resources
  • Held prior accountabilities that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutions
  • Cultivates networking opportunities within the organization
  • Broad range of business and IT experiences; Has achieved technical and/or business certification(s) is a plus.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines
LOCATION: Bangalore, India

WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel may include approximately 10% of work time.
