Job Title: ERP Functional Engineer
Location: Hyderabad, India
Full Time, No remote option
Travel: Required, with occasional short visits to other countries. The company will handle visa arrangements and cover all travel and boarding expenses. Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a focus on ERP applications, specifically in the areas of Sales, Finance, Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Purchasing, Fixed Asset Management, Risk Management, Taxation, Benefits, and Payroll. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP Finance and at least one full cycle implementation project. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and processes in the Finance domain. Analyze, design, and configure ERP applications to meet the specific needs of the client, with a focus on Finance, Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Purchasing, Fixed Asset Management, Risk Management, Taxation, Benefits, and Payroll. Work on the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring successful deployment, user training, and post-implementation support. Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimizations for Finance processes within ERP applications. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to Finance modules in ERP systems. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience. At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ERP applications, with a primary focus on Finance modules. Proven experience in at least one full cycle implementation of an ERP system. Strong knowledge of Finance, Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Purchasing, Fixed Asset Management, Risk Management, Taxation, Benefits, and Payroll processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Certification in relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. Benefits:
