We are looking for passionate Freelancing FSSAI Third Party Auditor with Audit experience in Edible Oil, Ready To Eat/Cook, Fruit & Vegetable Processing and Bakery Sector Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Oil Technology, Biotechnology or Biochemistry Experience: 2+ Years. Mandatory Skills: 1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in any food related business. Minimum 10 man-days Third Party Audits Specifically Edible Oil, Ready To Eat/Cook, Fruit & Vegetable Processing and Bakery Sector. 2. Report observations & recommend rescans if necessary. \' Knowledge of FSSAI Schedule IV, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems such as ISO 22000 / FSSC Version 5.1. \' Sector specific knowledge of hygienic and sanitary practices, processing techniques, hazards identification and analysis and control and knowledge of contaminants and allergens. 3. Ability to perform the audit independently and interpret the results. Duties \' Carry out FSSAI Third Party Audit / Eat Right Audits (Eat Right Campus, Station, School, Fruit & Vegetable Market, Clean Street Food Hub, Bhog) \' Preparing Audit Reports \' Maintain confidentiality of food safety audit
