It is a travel company (Athma Yatra) and YouTube Channel (Athma Gnana Maiyam) which deals International and Domestic Tour packages, Publishing works, Conducting Spiritual classes, You Tube activities, etc., We are seeking a staff who can handle clients with ease and interested in service industry.Job Location - Valasaravakkam, Chennai (Near Kesavarthini Products)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting the clients with ease
- Inbound and Outbound Calls to customers for Online Class, Publication, Workshop, Tours, etc.,
- Maintaining data base for all the activities in MS Excel
- all the admin activities and bank related activities
- Location is Valasaravakkam, Chennai - only nearby Valasaravakkam candidates apply
- UG degree (any stream)
- Typewriting (English) mandatory
- Good verbal and written communication (English and Tamil)
- Experience in tourism industry is preferable (min 6 months) & freshers also welcome
- Basic computer knowledge is must (excel knowledge is required)
- Candidate should have positive attitude and manage customers
- Day shift
