Walnut Child Development Clinic is launching new project in Kharadi, Tithe Nagar, Pune which is focused on Adult Neuro Physiotherapy and is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator for its growing needs. Salary Structure- 10,000/- to 12,000 per month Job location - Kharadi, Tithe Nagar Working hours - 6 - 7 hours per day Working days - Monday to Saturday working , Alternate Sunday working Job Role 1. Organizing and scheduling appointments for doctors 2. Answering incoming calls & responding to messages 3. Making Follow-up Calls 4. Explaining to the client about the services & responding to requests for information 5. Maintaining the records digitally as well as manually 6. Maintaining communication between doctors and patients 7. Manage the new patient contact list for booking appointments 8. Prepare patient spreadsheets and keep online records 9. Organize doctors\xe2\x80\x99 calendars Desired Skills - Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi - Knowledge of MS word & Excel - Telecommunication & Other Computer Skills (ERP Systems and CRM Systems) - Good Two way coordination between parents\xe2\x80\x99 and doctors -Front Desk management Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Paid sick time * Paid time off Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 per month Benefits:
