Designation : Air customer service : Freight Forwarding :
- Knowledge of international freight forwarding industry
- Responsible for handling Air freight customer service .
- Responsible for coordinating with agent , , airlines , IATA agent, other vendors.
- Arrange Delivery order , file HAWB manifest , clearance , Invoice
- Offering excellent Service to Customer Update daily reports to management.
- Handle customer queries and resolve for high level services.
- Skills required
- Good communication skill English is must.
- Microsoft tools knowledge is must.
- Complete Vaccination is must.
- Day shift
