oles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with customers by ensuring highest level of customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction continuously. \xe2\x80\xa2Timely customer complaint redressal and enquiry response. \xe2\x80\xa2Management and retention of defined customer portfolio. \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and execute sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets. \xe2\x80\xa2Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2Drive adherence to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce agreed payment terms. \xe2\x80\xa2Responsible for delivery of high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products and services to potential customers. \xe2\x80\xa2Actively plan, prepare and realize sales calls for better customer retention and new business acquisition. \xe2\x80\xa2Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customers. \xe2\x80\xa2Conduct surveys and market intelligence gathering to assess, target the potential business prospects and review competitor behavior. Skills, Qualifications & Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2Minimum 2-6 years of working experience in field sales at freight forwarding or shipping line. \xe2\x80\xa2Broad understanding of trade lane specifics in the forwarding industry and deep knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, and logistics business models. \xe2\x80\xa2Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred in relevant field, also graduate candidates with good experience can apply \xe2\x80\xa2Capability to deliver presentations and highly effective in conducting sales negotiations. \xe2\x80\xa2Must have proven sales record. \xe2\x80\xa2Must have excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2Command over Microsoft Office and other related software. Qualification- Graduate- MBA. Location \xe2\x80\x93 Mumbai (6-8lacs), Chennai (5-8 Lacs), Coimbatore & Tirupur(5 to 6 lacs), Hyderabad(5-8 Lacs), Bangalore(5-8 Lacs) Negotiable for the Good Candidate.
