YOUR ROLE
- Collaborating closely with other cross functions of the supply chain to ensure product availability in end markets
- Solving issues that come up (e.g. delays in pick-up/delivery) and tracking our goods in real-time and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Cultivating lasting relationships with freight forwarders and other external partners
- Driving standardization in our day-to-day operation processes
- Taking ownership and increasing our supply chain efficiencies
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed a bachelor (or master) degree in a relevant field (logistics, business, economics, engineering, etc.)
- Have 2+ years of experience as a supply chain manager in e-commerce or similar fields, experience with Amazon and other sales channels
- Have entrepreneurial ambition, hands-on mentality, and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You\'re a good communicator and business fluent in English
- Have knowledge on ERP, hands-on experience on NetSuite is a plus
