What\'s the Business excellence team at Ditto? The Business Excellence (BE) team is responsible to create various internal processes to ensure smooth operations of advisors day to day activities. Also, the team executes a lot of projects to improve the efficiency of advisors. As part of the BE team you will be responsible to ensure advisors have a seamless experience wrt to their daily work. If you are a hustler and love being in the thick of things, this is the role for you. You will broadly be responsible for the following:

• Day-to-day operations
• 
  Reporting and Analysis
• 
  Process Improvement Projects
• This role is 70% day-to-day and 30% work on cross-functional long-term projects that improves productivity.

Requirements:

• 
  
  Experience of using the Google Suite of Apps - Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc
• 
  Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
• 
  Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strict deadlines
• Ability to execute pilots/ projects in a timely and structured manner
