As a critical member of the Founder\'s office at Leucine, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with the founders to align strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure effective organizational communication. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic decision-making process and shape the future of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to the founders, providing insights and recommendations on business opportunities, industry trends, and operational efficiency.
• Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive business plans, financial models, and presentations to support strategic initiatives, fundraising efforts, and board meetings.
• Coordinate and prioritize the founders\' activities, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress on action items.
• Serve as a point of contact and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, representing the founders\' interests.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive operational excellence, improve processes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support the founders in building and nurturing relationships with key partners, customers, and industry experts.
• Monitor and report on the company\'s performance metrics, providing regular updates to the founders and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Business Management from a Tier 1 university (such as IIT, IIM, BITS, NIT) or experience with a top management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, Startup.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a strategic and operational role in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and make strategic recommendations based on your analysis.
• Experience in data structures and data analysis.
• Proficiency in building and delivering presentations, comprehensive strategic proposals, project plans, and reports.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with experience in project management methodologies
