Job Title: Founder\'s Office

Location: Koramangala Office, Bangalore, India

Reporting to: Founder

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the founders on multiple projects, including investor decks, fundraising materials, tech roadmap, operations excellence, and more

- Manage communication and relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.

- Provide analytical and operational support to the founders on various strategic initiatives.

- Act as a liaison between the founders and different teams within the organization.

- Assist in managing and prioritizing the founders\' daily schedules and responsibilities.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the founders.

- Work with the leadership team across the organization, identify challenges, and help with organizational optimization.

- Develop and maintain key metrics and KPIs to track progress against business goals.

- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a focus on operations, strategy, or finance.

- Degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- Experience in working with C-level executives and managing complex projects.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.

- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and systems.

- Passion for the agriculture industry and sustainability.
