We are looking for an inspiring individual to run the hardware capacity planning for the Silicon One Supply chain group. You\'ll be part of our Group driving our next-generation network devices - Cisco Silicon One. As part of this dynamic team, we work with cross-functional teams to be responsible for the supply chain for Silicon One In this role, youll: Responsible for creating supply forecasts and capacity plans for Silicon Commodities based on demand forecasts on a periodic basis Work closely with suppliers and foundry partners to ensure vendor capacity compliance Release forecast to suppliers on a monthly basis for long-term planning and capacity allocation Run supply-demand gap analysis with the suppliers based on forecast commit received from the suppliers Update supplier forecast commits by participating in and supporting monthly SIOP activities Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross-functional groups as needed and work toward a resolution Who You\'ll Work With Product Supply Planning & Fulfillment, Material & Capacity Planning, Global Inventory Management & Manufacturing Logistics Operations along with extended partners (e.g. Global Supplier Management) You\'ll partner with Supply Chain eco-system partners to optimize the Si supply chain and operations to meet key business metrics. Who You Are You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills. End-to-end supply planning (Including Co-Planning) for related Silicon Products Deep understanding of the Capital planning process will be advantages. Excellent knowledge of demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution, logistics processes, and planning systems.
