Title: Assistant Manager -Capacity Planning and Management (UCC)

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Overview

Responsible to create medium & long term optimal, cost effective & scalable network capacity plans for GSIP & UCC network and provide innovative solutions for managing capacity requirements. Manage global UCC network capacities by establishing processes and review mechanism for bandwidth inventory, utilization reports, periodic audits & optimizations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders for continuous improvements in working processes for enhanced productivity with the objective to ensure timely availability of network capacity for meeting customer's & network requirements in most optimized manner, and meeting business demands seamlessly with compliance to processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintain & monitor the GSIP & UCC network capacity.
• Monitoring, analyzing, tuning and implementing necessary changes in capacity for UCC and voice.
• Should be able to plan the capacities using NFV.
• Identify future network requirements based on traffic forecasts, past trends and utilization reports to meet requirements and establish network connectivity accordingly.
• Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change, or adapt existing methods and techniques.
• This position is required to pursue the projects under UCC & Instacc domain
• Ability to oversee the lifecycle management activities associated with UCC network.

Position Requirements: -

• BE /B Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience of working on Telecom technologies like SIP, mobility, MPLS and NFV, Subsea cable systems.
• Expertise on inventory management systems (Cramer).
• Associate level Cloud certification
• Strong data analytics and or statistical experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Power BI.
• Applied knowledge of using analytical skills to resolve problems, changes or analyzing data
• Self-motivated, plans her/his work efficiently, set priorities for one-self.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Experience leading projects and initiative
