Job Description
The Waiter will be responsible for clearing tables as soon as customers leave the restaurant, and working closely with Dishwashers to make sure that there are always clean plates and flatware for each table. If you have a strong work ethic and previous experience working in a restaurant, please submit an application.
- Collaborate with catering staff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party
- Assist in washing dishes if the kitchen staff gets behind during the busier times of the day
- Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings
- Update the specials chalkboard each morning to reflect the specials for the day
- Keep an eye on tables and alert servers if guests need drink refills
- Diploma required
- 2+ years of experience working in a busy restaurant environment
- Able to life 10 Kg at a time
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Available to work weekends and evenings
