- We are looking for an experienced product/payments professional with a sound technical background to join our organization who will be the leader and evangelist in crafting exceptional customer experience that delight our merchants, customers, and businesses. You must have a passion to build outstanding payments software products and enjoy solving challenging problems.

- You should have worked in product management teams using agile/ scrum methodologies and be able to show that you have put out software product releases to production with a strong customer base. Projects might tend to go across different products and need to be coordinated to a successful business outcome/ adoption. You will need to come up with project plans that you are able to closely monitor and shepherd different PM/ Dev teams to conclusion within the designated timeframe.

Responsibilities:

Project Management :

- Work with different stakeholders to understand assigned project requirements.

- Manage project planning, resource scheduling and execution, which includes the management of project progress and provide status and visibility into it.

- Ensure high throughput of product / development and QA teams by identifying potential issues, roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them.

- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and organize collaborative discussions with key stakeholders that are focused on a successful outcome.

- Facilitate issue resolution within the team.

- Maintain statistics, identify project dependencies, and create velocity forecasts.

- Support the PM in handling sprint related activities such as daily standups, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing and sprint planning/ retrospectives.

Stakeholder Communications:

- Ensure cadenced communication with stakeholders.

- Allow a high degree of visibility into your projects.

Process Management:

- Drive centralized processes across the PM team to drive maximum throughput and efficiency.

- Help compile reports as required by different stakeholders for audit and/ or other purposes.

- Enforce processes and work with the team on how to adhere to best practices in terms of process adoption, tools, process practices and values.

Qualifications:

- Experience using JIRA/ Confluence is a big plus.

- Experience working in an agile scrum setup, planning sprints, and working closely with engineering and QA teams to help deliver releases to customers will be preferred.

- Experience working with global teams is a plus.

- Possess an innate sense for workable collaboration models, an ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed environment, and to work constructively with developers, QA, Product managers and Management towards a common goal.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & confident public speaking skills.

- High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer; the team and our company succeed.

- A Minimum of bachelors degree in computer science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent. Post-Graduation MBA will be an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team.

- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.

- Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

- Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.

- Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
