Purpose of the role: The purpose of the role is to drive business performance and provide financial insights. The person will play a critical role in Planning and Forecasting process of Americana. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Responsible for Annual operating plan and forecasting the financial performance. Driving Business review meetings with internal stakeholders. Partnering with Brands and Countries to maintain risk and opportunity tracker and subsequently driving business performance through risk mitigation and opportunity realization. Producing high quality presentation for Chairman and Board meetings. Business partnering and review of Brand and country P&L. Driving reporting automation. Providing financial insights. Consolidation of Quarterly and Year-end Financial plan along with detailed analysis to drive performance improvements. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Education : Chartered Accountant Experience: 10+ years of solid experience within a Retail/FMCG or F&B industry Experience in multi-unit retail/restaurant concepts is mandatory. Budgeting in Hyperion/EPM/FCCS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge: Strong business partnering skills and holistic view of business strategy, processes and financial objectives. Strong analytical abilities with sharp attention to detail. Skills: Excellent analytical skills, the ability to perform complex financial analyses and modelling. Demonstrated ability to communicate and deal effectively with all levels of an organization Business acumen and excellent communication skills. Proven efficiency in dealing with complex Financial Modelling with multiple stakeholders and forces Proven resources management, people management and leadership skills
