Financial Controller - IT Services

Our Client is a Multinational US based technology/SaaS/Pass based solution org and is hiring a GM-Finance and Accounts for their India/APAC/MEA operations.

This position will implement and manage internal controls, integrity and timeliness of our day-to-day bookkeeping and finance activities and will report into the CFO

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee preparation of the Financial statement of the company, Understanding of US GAAP will be added advantage

- Ensure smooth and timely closure of the statutory audit, tax audit and transfer pricing audit and alignment with US and other global stakeholders

- Direct and indirect taxation function including GST and transfer pricing compliance.

- Define and ensure strong standards, systems and processes including putting together a robust risk assessment and control framework

- Improve efficiency of the function using various technology and automation tools and various MIS development of management reports

- Working closely with the CFO and FP&A team to build strong MIS helpful to provide insightful analysis of data and its conversion to actionable items and their timely review.

- Working with cross functional teams on certain specific profitability and improvement programs (e.g. Margiun improvement, Inventory management, accounts receivables, etc.)

- Budgeting

Key skills required:

- Excellent communication, experience in working in international/US based org or similar

- Excellent Accounting, GST, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing laws experience

- Experience in working on business strategy through financial leverages

- Strong systems orientation and presentation skills

- Orientation to details and analytical mindset

- Ability to influence stakeholders, excellent interpersonal & soft skills

Qualification - CA with around 10 years in IT /Technology product or services org
