Title: Vice President, Financial Controller

Location: Chennai

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our client team as a Vice President, Financial Controller. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business finance, and global financial management. The candidate must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and have a proven track record of 15-20 years in a finance leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the development and execution of the company\'s financial planning and analysis processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.

2. Controllership and Global Finance:

- Manage global financial operations, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

- Oversee financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.

- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

3. Technical Competence:

- Demonstrate a deep technical understanding of Controllership functions.

- Stay up-to-date with evolving financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

4. Working with IT Organization:

- Collaborate closely with the IT department to optimize financial systems and tools.

- Leverage technology to streamline financial reporting and analysis.

5. Reporting and Leadership:-

- Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

- 6. Preferred Qualifications:-

- CA qualification is mandatory.

- Proven experience (15-20 years) in financial leadership roles.

- Preference for candidates with prior experience in listed organizations.

- Strong technical expertise in Controllership functions.

- 7. Compensation:-

- Competitive Total Compensation: INR 55-60 LPA (including 12% Variable component), with a maximum limit of INR 65 LPA.

- 8. Industry Focus:-

- Prior experience working with IT organizations is mandatory. Candidates with experience in BPO, non-tech, or call center industries will not be considered.
