One of esteemed clients (the company is a FMCG, Logistics, Warehouse management & a E-commerce company incepted in 2016) is looking out for Business Analyst- INTERNAL AUDITS, RISK & COMPLIANCE to be based in PUNE (Corporate Office). Annual Revenue is $518M, staffs-2800 employees across India

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsibilities for Internal Audits, Risk management, Fraud, Forensic management/mitigation, MIS Reporting, Budgetary Management & Control, and Part of P&L discussion among other things.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of monthly MIS through alignment of individual Business System

- Risk Management - Evaluates strategic, operational, and financial risks.

- Performing analysis of the movement in numbers

- Preparing Business Plan, projection of profitability, and cash flows analysis.

- Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.

- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

- Develop and implement strong internal controls.

- Manage the provision of a meaningful and timely first-level analysis of daily results to help explain financial performance and assist in subsequent identification of root causes and recommend solutions.

- Exposure to Indian accounting standards and tax compliances

Qualification - Qualified CA with 02 to 08 years of experience in INTERNAL AUDIT, RISK MANAGEMENT, COMPLIANCE. Candidates with work exposure in BIG4s, FMCG, Retail, B2B preferred.

Locations: Pune, Pimple Saudagar (Head office for Pan India)

Budget- Up to 18.00 Lacs
