• Assists senior leadership in Operational and Financial Reporting and Analysis in the development and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operating scorecards, monthly business reviews and operational KPI reporting and analytics.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and develops capacity and operational forecasting models, and identifies potential areas of opportunities and risks.
• Reviews monthly Operational Pipeline Reports and KPIs for operational gaps and provides recommendations or researching findings.
• The analyst will focus on understanding operational process, data flow and Key metrics and able to handle senior leader\xe2\x80\x99s requests in a timely manner.
• The role includes end to end reporting and analytics for 1 -2 functional areas in terms of creating new reports, maintaining recurring reports and act as partner for Operational leaders to help drive the 2024 operational goals.
• This position will report to the Strategy and Analysis Group and primarily focus on processes impacting losses or the balance sheet..
• Education & Professional Experience: master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in financial management preferred and typically requires a minimum of 7-10 years related work experience with operation or financial reporting, and/or diverse background in multiple servicing teams highly preferred. Mortgage and/or financial services experience a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Experienced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Leadership/Hierarchy: Experience in leading or mentoring team members. Effectively builds strong relationships with teams, managers, and departments. Always leverages new ideas; promotes new ways of looking at problems and processes.
• Level of Decision Making: High level of understanding of operational process and reporting. Possess objective analytical problem-solving skills. Requires little direction to get the job done.
• Individual/Customer Impact Scope of work has a high impact on team, business unit, department and/or processes.
• Communication: Exceptionally skilled in verbal and written form as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and present operational review meetings.
