Department Overview Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company, maintains, and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting Treasury corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company\'s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. The Enterprise Finance function contains the Corporate Controllers division, which includes the Enterprise Controls & Oversight (ECO) group. The Controller\'s Division is responsible for the accuracy of the Company\'s financial statements, establishing corporate accounting policies, preparing SEC and regulatory reports and ensuring the adequacy of internal controls. About this role The role entails responsibility of providing product support for various investment portfolio, funding, long term debt and trading products that reside in multiple system applications (primarily SimCorp Dimension and WallStreet Suite). This role will support these products to make decisions as to how certain instruments are built and maintained, and that maintenance of various static data includes portfolio data, security data, accounting data, coupon rates, factors, and bank account data. This position will work directly with a variety of individuals including front office traders, middle office trade clearance personnel, accountants, and reconcilers within and outside the Capital Market Accounting Operations (CMAO) team. The position requires a great attention to detail and must ensure time sensitive maintenance is performed accurately. The right candidate will have the ability to grasp big-picture concepts while maintaining a focus on detail. Key responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and support within a business unit Resolves more complex issues and initiatives related to systems, tools and applications used by the business or functional area Resolution of complex user access and other security administration issues Coordinate production support and maintenance of large-scale business applications Coordinate troubleshooting of network, hardware and software issues and resolution with users, vendors, and internal service groups Plan and lead user projects for application and hardware installations and upgrades Develop test scripts and coordinates user acceptance testing of technology components Develop and/or updates user documentation and procedures Assess training needs, develop, and conducts user/support team training Analyze performance trends, recommend, and coordinate implementation of process and procedure improvements Understands and assures quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for user area Participate in BCP activities Coordinate user project resources and provide guidance to less experienced analysts Required qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting Bachelors/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Desired Qualifications: Securities industry experience Experience with ticketing management systems like Jira or Service Now Experience with Agile or Kanban project management Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives Ability to read and interpret legal documents Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Solid problem-solving skills Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.
