Finance Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Contract to Billing

What this job involves:

Responsibilities:

• Review of evidence provided by business for creating contracts and customers
• Approve/Reject contracts on the basis of checklist
• Creation of Invoice/Credit Notes & rebill.
• Ensure timely & accurate month end/year end closing
• Assist accounts receivable team with cash application & maintainence creation
• Assist stakeholders with Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Handle mailbox for request and query management
• Ensure service delivery as agreed KPIs\xe2\x80\x99
• Update SOPs to capture the exceptions while processing as and when required
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Team player and yet able to work independently
• Provide assistance and supporting during internal/external audits
• Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Ability Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• Comfortable with AMER shift timings.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment
• This position must be able to interact effectively with both the internal and external client teams daily
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Team player and yet able to work independently.
