Finance Specialist, PS Excellence
What this job involves:
Techno Functional Role : Support PeopleSoft applications. The role will support global customers from APAC, EMEA and Americas for PeopleSoft related issues for Modules like Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
Solve End user issues on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report PeopleSoft modules.
Resolution of user queries/reported application issues.
Performing Predefined Integrity Checks and BD (Business Day) tasks to close month-end.
Creation/amendment of PS queries as requested by user community.
Maintenance and enhancement of existing process documentation.
Initiating and executing Improvements to Process.
Analysis of PS Security related issues.

Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Accounting / IT / Engineering with an experience range of 3-6 years.
Experience in problem solving with end users.
Minimum 2 years of Experience in implementation / support of PeopleSoft Financials.
Functional experience with PeopleSoft Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management PS version 9.2 and above.
Technical Experience of PS Query, Application Designer, PeopleCode and App Engine.
Accounting Knowledge is an add on.
Ability to interact and communicate with middle management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Strong and empathetic team-player.
Familiarity with working in a support environment.
Outstanding presentation/ documentation skills.
