About the Team: You will be part of the Order to Cash vertical, which includes various accounts receivable operations such as billing, data processing, customer service, and more. What You Will Be Doing: Maintaining positive relationships with clients to improve and maintain the health of Financial Services accounts receivable and DSO metrics Updating collection activity in the GetPaid system through electronic correspondence and phone calls Addressing client emails and voicemails and adding notes to the GetPaid system Following up with clients to resolve unresolved credits Liaising with business groups to address any concerns related to accounts receivable or collections Attending weekly calls with management and business contacts Reviewing and resolving allocation details of current month receipts Obtaining tax receipts for short-paid invoices due to foreign tax obligations Initiating requests for address changes, client refunds, and foreign withholding credit memos What You Bring: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience Ability to read and interpret contracts Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Works well under firm deadlines and is results-oriented Strong accounting knowledge and desktop computing skills Ability to resolve queries and analyze figures Basic knowledge of reserve provisions and revenue accounting Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce 2-4 years of experience in AR Collections and billing operations What We Offer You: A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and opportunities A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities A competitive salary and benefits Career development tools, resources, and opportunities Privacy Statement: FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process to provide services to our clients.
