Education :Chartered Accountant (C.A.);CA Experience :10-20 Years Industry :MANUFACTURING Work Time : Salary : 150000 /- Per Month Incentive : Language Known : Phone : +9198******** Email : ****@*****.com Website : www.******.com :WE ARE LOOKING FOR FINANCE HEAD FOR A VERY REPUTED MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATION : BARODA – SAVLI EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 10 YRS CTC UPTO 18 LACS JOB DESCRIPTION : Accounts/Costing  Designing and implementing systems & procedures; supervising the consolidation of group accounts and preparation of financial statements.  Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash / Bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.  Establishing strategic cost reporting system for monitoring various overheads and devising product costing techniques as well as overseeing payables.  Preparation of Cost Accounting Records and Cost Audit Reports as per Sec.233B of Company Act. Finance Management  Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports up to Pre-finalization.  Preparation of data for submission to banks / financial institutions for raising adequate finance to meet working capital and long-term capital requirements. Statutory Compliance/Taxation  Providing Information to related department of the company for timely filing of TDS, Service Tax and Sales tax returns, tax assessments, exemption related benefits, registrations..  Ensuring adherence to rules and regulations as per company’s act, by providing data for inclusive of filing various returns as contemplated therein, drafting Notices, as required under the Act. Costing  Establishing strategic Cost management System for monitoring various overheads.  Preparing cost sheets giving product wise contribution, break even levels and profitability on full absorption basis to facilitate effective decision MIS  Supervising & Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, analysis with projected data. Auditing  Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluating internal control systems for carrying out Internal / Statutory Audits.  Preparing Audit Reports and making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in conformance to statutory obligations.  Handling Stock Reconciliation with RG1. Excise, Service Tax & Sales Tax - All the Statutory Compliances relating to Excise,Service tax including filling all returns, handeling legal matters, Assessment, Audit and liasioning with Department and Consultants. - Fully Conversant with new GST Also. GST Tax Fully Conversant with GST law, Registration, Return Filing, all other formalities relating to GST, Commercial implications etc.
