Job Description

Fintech Company looking for Finance Head based out of Mumbai.

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):

- Should handle accounting, budget planning & control, cash management, Strategic Planning, treasury, ALM and tax handling functions.

- Direct all finance-related strategies, initiatives and activities for organization- wide financial accounting and reporting.

- Responsible for directing overall financial policies.

- Responsible for the company\'s internal controls that produce complete, timely, and accurate financial information

- Responsible for managing the financial actions of a company.

- Include tracking cash flow and financial planning.

- Analyzing the company\'s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.

- Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization

- Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows

- Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

- A full time CA/MBA with experience in broad range of finance domains with minimum of 16 years\' experience.

- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills

- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning

- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit

- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.

- Managing Profitability.
