With reference to your resume, we are searching for Finance Manager for a leading Industrial , Japanese MNC based in Gujarat Work Location: Near Becharaji Village \xe2\x80\x93 Hansalpur, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) *Transport Facility is available for Female Candidate* *Required Skills : Team Management, Finance Management, Working Knowledge of SAP, *Qualification: *Must have completed CA candidate* *Not for CA Inter & MBA* *preferred experience in Manufacturing ,Automobile, Automotive components industry*

• Day to Day Accounting, costing
• Budget preparation, budgetary controls, Variance Analysis
• Capex budgetary control, overdue payables ,overdue receivable
• Direct indirect Taxation, assessments appeals
• Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Finalization of Accounts
• Financial MIS reports, STRAVIS reporting
• Good knowledge of Ind AS & IFRS
• Good knowledge of Taxation & Costing
• Must have good knowledge of SAP
• Must be working in manufacturing company
• To Assist in Agreement & in contract preparation & management
• To take care of compliance of competition Law provisions
• To Assist in handling litigations
• To ensure Compliance of notices
• Advice on compliance with company policies & provide guidance with a view to achieving best solution
• Drafting notices behalf of the company & preparation responses to notices received by the company, in this regards coordinating with Law enforcement & relevant statutory authorities.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 1,500,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Ahmadabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• CA: 8 years (Preferred)
• total work: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
