Job Description

Position Summary: The Renewals Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for renewing a portfolio of maintenance, subscription and SaaS renewals for an assigned GoldMine solution territory. The RAM works directly with Ivanti sales teams, resellers and customers. The individual must be a self-starter, pro-active and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will report to the Renewals Manager for GoldMine. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Manage quarterly and annual renewal portfolio for assigned territory
• Maximize renewal value, ensure on-time renewals and mitigate cancellations
• Build and send quotes to resellers/customers at least 90 days in advance
• Track all quotes, phone calls and emails in Salesforce.com
• Handle customer objections and negotiate renewal contracts as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, order management, finance, legal and AR
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast of renewals pipeline
• Uncover leads and upsell opportunities
• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure customer expectations are met
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

• Minimum of three years enterprise renewals or similar experience
• Experience with a software or IT company
• Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with customers
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail
• Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
• Must be able to work United States time zone work hours

• 4 year degree in Business or equivalent experience
