Job Title/Designation: Finacle L1/L2 Support Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent : We are seeking a candidate with strong technical skills and experience in Finacle L1/L2 support to provide support for our banking application. As a Finacle L1/L2 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for Finacle banking application to end-users. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Finacle banking application, including software, hardware, and network issues. Documenting and tracking incidents and requests using a ticketing system. Looking for Immediate joiners to within 20 days. Location: Candidate from anywhere in South India and they must be ready to relocate to Kochi location Experience: 2 to 6 years Keywords: - Must have key skills L2 ,Hardware Networking ,Troubleshooting ,Finacle ,Banking ,Technical Skills, L1 ,Finacle Banking Application.
